WPPI: Vegas!

 

I bet you are wondering what the heck is WPPI.  It is an amazing conference in Las Vegas for wedding and portrait photographers.  I had the opportunity to learn some amazing things from the top photographers in the industry.  The lovely Cristina Navarro had an extra ticket and asked me to tag along.  So, I got to go for FREE!  I feel so blessed that I was able to attend and am excited to start applying all the things I learned.  

I of course brought my awesome camera but only took ONE image with my iphone's hipstamatic camera. (the camera app is AMAZING!!) Don't hate, it's an iphone image!

SPRINGTIME

It was beautiful afternoon about 2 weeks ago and my girls had their first chance to play in the backyard without their jackets or freezing.  The light coming through my backyard was amazing so I had to take advantage of that moment and take some pics.  My girls no longer respond to my "cheese" or "smile for mama",  they just ignore the crazy lady with the camera and go about their business.  Natalia's expression is priceless.  It really shows how she feels about me taking her picture.

Charles and Cristina are a beautiful couple, inside and out.  They truly love each other and they love serving others.  I feel honored to have shot their wedding!

Happy New Year!

It has been an amazing year!  We shot a ton of weddings, met some amazing people and loved every minute of it!  As I look back on last year, I have so much to be thankful for.  I welcomed a new member to my family, grew my business and made some great friends.  I'm so excited to see what this next year will bring. 

I also wanted say thanks to all my amazing clients.  I seriously have the best clients in the whole world and am so grateful they have allowed me to be apart of their lives, even if for one day!

Blog postings are pretty boring without pictures so I here are some images of my girls opening presents.  Well, Olivia is eating hers.
